How do I place an order?
Create your design and check the checkout screen for availability. For help, email info@wrap-riot.co.uk.
What makes a good photo?
A clear, well-lit face works best. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10MB, then centre the face in the circular crop. You can zoom and move it until you’re happy. Your photo stays in your browser while you design; it is saved with your artwork when you continue to checkout.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The preview shows your layout, colour and extras as you make changes. Screen previews are illustrative; paper, ink and your display can affect the printed colours. Check the crop, spelling and design carefully before approving it for print.
When will my wrap arrive?
Your wrap is printed to order, then dispatched using the UK delivery service you choose. Production time is additional to shipping, and “Overnight” is a delivery service, not a promise of next-day arrival from ordering. Need it for a particular date? Ask us before ordering. Delivery details ↗
What’s included?
Your personalised wrapping paper roll. Gift boxes, ribbons and decorations in the imagery are styling ideas and aren’t included.
Need a hand with your order?
